fantastic riverside spot near iconic attractions and parks
I absolutely loved my stay as the views of the Thames were incredible day and night, making my walks along the river even more enjoyable. The easy access to both St Paul's Cathedral and the Coca-Cola London Eye meant I could explore a ton of amazing landmarks with just a short stroll. the only slight downside was that breakfast was a bit average, but overall my experience was fantastic.

The views from the upper floors are stunning, especially overlooking the Thames. The rooftop bar offers a unique atmosphere for enjoying cocktails with a great skyline backdrop.
The experience comes with some hidden costs. they added an optional service charge to our bill without consent, which left a sour taste. The spa, while spacious, lacks complimentary offerings beyond the steam rooms, which feels limiting given its size. the room was rather compact for the price, making it feel less valuable compared to similar options out there.

The location right on the river offers stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere. The room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, complete with a luxurious walk-in shower. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delightful grilled dishes and exceptional service. While the absence of bathrobes in the room was disappointing, the overall cleanliness and welcoming staff made the experience enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time enjoying delicious cocktails in the Lyaness bar and soaking up the great vibe in our lovely Superior Double Double room, which had the comfiest beds ever! I loved indulging in a soothing massage and checking out the steam room for a bit of relaxation. Only minor hiccup was the slight wait to get our keys, but it didn’t dampen the fun! 🍹

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic fitness center. I recall how the staff assisted me with an insect bite during my first stay. Highly recommended!

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! We explored the Imagine Children's Festival at the nearby Southbank Centre, checking out special shows like Tales of Acorn Wood and the fun One and Everything Family Trail. The location is top-notch, with easy access to public transport and lovely views of the Thames. Our room was spacious and well-equipped.
We faced a bit of hassle trying to get room service since the phone wasn’t working. It took a little extra effort to communicate our needs, which I didn't expect from a hotel of this standard.
